The modernization of water conservancy is an important part socialist modernization. research and analysis the evaluation index will help to define direction goal at a higher level in future. Taking Hangzhou as example, 41 comprehensive indexes 7 categories were adopted quantitative Hangzhou, method multiple was used analyze calculate Hangzhou.
